A good day for day dreaming...

The pitter-patter sound of the rain,
The scent of the moisture in the air,
The sight of the raindrops falling from the sky,
Brings a certain comfort to my being.

This prolonged downpour at dusk,
Coupled with the drop of temperature caressing my skin,
Brings an unknown comforting feeling of relaxation,
Transporting me into an altered dreamlike state.

I would be enjoying it more with a huge glass window,
allowing the sight of rain pouring down the window,
me snuggling under my warm blanket on a cosy corner,
sipping a cup of hot beverage making my day dreamier...

Doing nothing...
Just spacing out....
Loving it....

Lovely Day....

November 20, 2010.. it is a saturday..
It is a lovely day to enjoy the weekends after such a long while... Being able to swim (but got a cut on my palm from the pool & it is gonna heal real good and fast ' P ), watched a movie (unstoppable) and had great delicious meal with my dear friend... Got a track-bottom... Rearranged my warm and delightful room... Now sipping red wine (gift from a caring and thoughtful friend).. listening to hayley westenra (my gift to you) and reading Paulo Coelho's book.. lazing in a comfy bed and great air-conditioned temperature... these are the tiny little things that i appreciate in life..

I love you..
You are the best friend, companion I have had..
You were there when I was happy, you were there when I am sad..
You were there when I am laughing.. You were there when I am crying..
You never fail to be there.. I love you..
This is how I have come to understanding... love... honesty... gratitude... effort... appreciation.. that are the words I can say out loud..
I am connecting with you now.. as I realised that you are the ever faithful and always there for me.. no matter what happens.. ' )
I love you.. I love you.. I love you.. ~

Are we ready to go forward?
No one is ready..
But do you dare to make the leap?
Take risks in life?
Make every moment count?
Live in the present all the time~!
Most of all, I know you are always there.. with me.. always..
Thank you..

:: Path Of Life ::

Life is a path that everyone have to walk,
A path that is so uncertain, so adventurous or plain,
It is a journey of experience, learnings and understanding,
To walk it alone or not is an eventual choice for one to decide...

If it is a path that I have to walk,
I would in a way or another walk it,
As it is all already being written prior to my existence,
I would prefer to talk it with someone...

Someone who I can share with,
Someone who I can talk to,
Someone who shares back,
Someone who is willing to share their life with another...

I would be the master of myself,
I would choose and decide,
Unless, there is no other choice left for me to choose from...
What would you do?

what makes a person whole..

It is being themselves.. being consciously and unconsciously conscious.. even by showing some of their imperfections.. yet perfecting it along the way by themselves..

>> perfectly imperfect yet imperfectly perfect... that makes a person unique...

Individual Programming in Life..

Below is the experience from my own point of view... on how I see things as how it is...

After repeating this theory that come to me by chance; time after time; I decided to document it down and share it with everyone.

Our life is driven by two major factors:
x: The family programming that goes on from generation to generation and we are affected by it for we are born into this family. The programming can span out horizontally as far as our eyes can see, thru generations. They are like repetitive patterns that runs through generations.. Observe and see what are the patterns in one's family... for example similar repeating patterns in great-grandparents, grand-parents, parents, siblings, children, grand-children, great-grandchildren, etc..

y: The other factor is a vertical factor that is downloaded directly affecting us and not so much of the family lineage itself. It is also something that we are not able to see clearly and seemed to be as an invisible force, no direct reference. This factor is the soul factor, past life’s karmic programming or learning lessons that we are to learn as an individual in this present life.

Intersection point of x:y axis: where we are now.

Environments! Environments! Environments!

Mother Earth aka Gaia is in pain… Perhaps she is not… May she be or may she not, she may be growing and its entire occupant is also growing with her… Humans are on the top of the hierarchy and what are we doing in making things better? All most human does is of self interest and one sided only.. Why do I say that? Reason being, there is no balance in the walk, the awareness… Mostly talks… The endless wait for each to begin first, some pointing of fingers on who should show those so called ‘good examples’… endless debate, discussion and even arguments but where are all these all leading us to? Maybe somewhere with a snail pace!

Am happy with all who are making the effort of making it better for all… It all starts from you… Yeah, you! You, the one that is reading this now! You can make the difference, can you not? I would like to take this opportunity to thank all that are already taking the very effort to make the difference.. May it individuals, family to companies, corporations and organizations! Thank you… Thank you… Thank you…

Go Green! Be Green! Save Earth! Recycle!
Dispose trash into the correct coloured and icon bin; paper; plastic; glass – at home, office, shopping malls, etc.. That is a good start. Give yourself a pat on the back! Then what?

How? What? Why?
1. Recycle
a. Daily items – bags, use paper that is being recycled, etc…

2. Be a Vegan
a. Vast amount of land to be cleared for:
i. Poultry as the animals needs space to grow (not to mention on how most of them are mutilated in their growing up stage to the time they are harvest for their meat!)
ii. Vegetation as animals mostly feed on plants to grow (there goes our heritage, treasure of precious trees, plants and inhabitants that co-exist together with it)
b. How much is needed to be fed to animals for them to produce enough meat to feed all?
c. Healthy option to a better living
i. Know the correct dietary content from plants and vegetables to have a balanced diet.
ii. With the entire wide spread on illness of poultries, makes human suffer more. Poultries are not well taken care off most of the time, hygiene, welfare and space all incur cost to owners. Most owners would mostly overlook these to maximize productivity and profit.

3. Go Solar
a. Harness the use of how the universe is. Use the Sun. Solar panels are installed for heating of water supply and also to generate electricity for household use. It can also feed back to the grid for all to use (of course with the consent, collaboration of power/electricity provider of each country).

4. Use biodegradable products in daily life
a. Non Biodegradable items needs more process to break down the components of the product. It also takes more years to disintegrate. Whereas, biodegradable items are designed in a way that it would do earth more use by breaking apart thru time, rain and shine.
b. Detergents – clothes, dish washers, shampoos, etc are at times containing chemicals that not only poison us but could pollute our water and subsequently earth as well.

5. Use non-CFC products
a. Check the content used on aerosol spray, hair spray, air-conditioning, fridge, car, etc

6. Use Technology – paperless environment
a. Documents – print only when necessary
b. Use email instead of snail mails
c. Use digital camera instead of film based camera
d. Use chat or skype for chat, voice or video conferencing instead of be there meeting face to face

7. Be energy efficient
a. Safe electricity and water.
b. Have proper insulations and ventilations of homes, offices, buildings to be energy efficient.
c. Design of homes to allow sunlight to come in and avoids access heat from getting into homes.
d. Use LED Lights
i. Energy efficient and also environmental friendly. Longer life span and it do not contain mercury and other harmful ingredients to Gaia either in time of production or disposal of item.

8. Car Pool + driving at off peak times to prevent contributing to the traffic jam and carbon monoxide party by burning more fuels in the jam.

9. Use of soya / soy sauce – use only the necessary content. Try not to pour it into the water system.

10. Plant trees, plants, …

All these information is for reference only. If you are by any chance disagreeable to it, google for it for more information. Else, just forget about it. Those who google and check for more information, share them with me! I am more than interested to know more about it too.. ‘ ) Thank you. May all goodness be with you at all times.

Got this in my mail box.. from a friend... meaningful..
The story goes.. I would like to thank the person who wrote this nice story.. Thank you..

Breakfast at McDonald's

This is a good story and is true, please read it all the way through until the end! (After the story, there are some very interesting facts!):

I am a mother of three (ages 14, 12, 3) and have recently completed my college degree.

The last class I had to take was Sociology.

The teacher was absolutely inspiring with the qualities that I wish every human being had been graced with.

Her last project of the term was called, 'Smile.'

The class was asked to go out and smile at three people and document their reactions.

I am a very friendly person and always smile at everyone and say hello anyway. So, I thought this would be a piece of cake, literally.

Soon after we were assigned the project, my husband, youngest son, and I went out to McDonald's one crisp March morning.

It was just our way of sharing special playtime with our son.

We were standing in line, waiting to be served, when all of a sudden everyone around us began to back away, and then even my husband did.

I did not move an inch... an overwhelming feeling of panic welled up inside of me as I turned to see why they had moved.

As I turned around I smelled a horrible 'dirty body' smell, and there standing behind me were two poor homeless men.

As I looked down at the short gentleman, close to me, he was 'smiling'

His beautiful sky blue eyes were full of God's Light as he searched for acceptance.

He said, 'Good day' as he counted the few coins he had been clutching.

The second man fumbled with his hands as he stood behind his friend. I realized the second man was mentally challenged and the blue-eyed gentleman was his salvation.

I held my tears as I stood there with them.

The young lady at the counter asked him what they wanted.

He said, 'Coffee is all Miss' because that was all they could afford. (If they wanted to sit in the restaurant and warm up, they had to buy something. He just wanted to be warm).

Then I really felt it - the compulsion was so great I almost reached out and embraced the little man with the blue eyes.

That is when I noticed all eyes in the restaurant were set on me, judging my every action.

I smiled and asked the young lady behind the counter to give me two more breakfast meals on a separate tray.

I then walked around the corner to the table that the men had chosen as a resting spot. I put the tray on the table and laid my hand on the blue-eyed gentleman's cold hand.

He looked up at me, with tears in his eyes, and said, 'Thank you.'

I leaned over, began to pat his hand and said, 'I did not do this for you. God is here working through me to give you hope.'

I started to cry as I walked away to join my husband and son. When I sat down my husband smiled at me and said, 'That is why God gave you to me, Honey, to give me hope..'

We held hands for a moment and at that time, we knew that only because of the Grace that we had been given were we able to give.

We are not church goers, but we are believers.

That day showed me the pure Light of God's sweet love.

I returned to college, on the last evening of class, with this story in hand.

I turned in 'my project' and the instructor read it.

Then she looked up at me and said, 'Can I share this?'

I slowly nodded as she got the attention of the class.

She began to read and that is when I knew that we as human beings and being part of God share this need to heal people and to be healed.

In my own way I had touched the people at McDonald's, my son,the instructor, and every soul that shared the classroom on the last night I spent as a college student.

I graduated with one of the biggest lessons I would ever learn:

UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE.

Much love and compassion is sent to each and every person who may read this and learn how to

LOVE PEOPLE AND USE THINGS - < br>
NOT LOVE THINGS AND USE PEOPLE.

There is an Angel sent to watch over you.

In order for her to work, you must pass this on to the people you want watched over.

An Angel wrote:
Many people will walk in and out of your life, but only true friends will leave footprints in your heart

To handle yourself, use your head..
To handle others, use your heart.
